The Yamamoto vs Genkishi fight is particularly great in this set of episodes, since it's the introduction of Yamamoto's four water swords that he can also use as propulsion, making him the first guardian to figure out how to use his powers to fly. More actual development occurs in other arcs like Varia and Future Final Battle, but it's hard to beat Choice for moments that show off how awesome the Vongola members are. The Choice arc is my favorite arc, not just because of the entire cast wearing sexy suits (although that's certainly part of it), but because of the beautiful animation, fights, and character moments.
